Jim Pack IL State Certified appraiser and owner operator of Northern IL Appriasal Service, Inc. established in 1993 after working for other offices in the area. Jim has been on the HUD Fee panel since 1995 for (FHA) and Rural Development loans. 

Paul Pack is an IL State Licensed staff appraiser. Paul is Jim's brother and has been appraising for Jim since 2001.

Nancey Miller is our receptionist, data processor and staff assistant. Nancey has worked for Jim since 2002.
